PROCER is pleased to announce the opening of the pre-registration process for all those interested in the artistic and cultural programs.  Candidates should call (561)753-3632 or email theprocergroup providing their full name, age, phone number and program of interest, as well as any questions.  Puerto Rican Cuatro, Folkloric Dance, Guitar, Acrylic Painting…  We are proud to be the first nonprofit organization in Florida  to start a program to teach our youth how to play the Puerto Rican Cuatro.  Along with this, our students learn about our history, our arts, our traditions and the character of our people.  In short, our programs help preserve our culture while promoting multi-cultural friendship, tolerance and understanding in our communities...
